If I remember correctly, we as a country joked about how Dick Cheyney stayed behind the scenes during his term as Vice Presdident-he was seen more as the puppeteer who kept his hand up Bush's backside, pushing out poopoo that they referred to as truth. Now all of a sudden Cheyney has realized he no longer needs to stay behind the scenes and he's perfectly capable of pushing poopoo out him self. Only problem, he won't stop.
